These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of brainbuzzgames.com (the “Site”), operated by Intentix Group LTD (Company No. 517304424) (“BrainBuzz Games”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Site if you are able to form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. If you are a minor, you should use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the Site

BrainBuzz Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All games are provided free of charge and require no download.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) copy, scrape, republish, frame or redistribute the Site’s content or games without our permission; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; (e) use bots, scripts or automated means to access the Site in a way that degrades its operation; or (f) remove, obscure or alter any advertising, notices or attributions.

4. Third-Party Games and Content

The playable games on the Site are provided and hosted by third-party distributors and developers, including GamePix and Gamezop, and are embedded on the Site under license. All trademarks, game titles, artwork and other intellectual property in those games belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party games and are not responsible for their content, availability or behavior. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us at contact@intentix.net.

5. Our Intellectual Property

The BrainBuzz Games name, logo, site design, and the original text we write — including game descriptions, guides, tips and FAQs — are owned by Intentix Group LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce this material without our prior written consent.

6. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google and other third-party vendors. Your interactions with advertisers and third-party services are solely between you and them. Information about how advertising and data work on the Site is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all games and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any particular game will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intentix Group LTD and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party games or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intentix Group LTD from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of registration of Intentix Group LTD, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
